You walk along the bottom of the gorge to a steep incline then return on top but I don't like heights very much and I already walked along the top of a gorge earlier so chickened out doing the return trip on top and doubled back along the bottom. It was full of pebbles and they are surprisingly slippery so take your time and take in the sights...
The place will stay in my memory for a long time, not only for the scene but when we got right into the gorge we heard the sounds of music, some one had taken a trumpet with them, they must have found a spot, sat down and began to play, it was beautiful.
